Taking care of your skin during the summer months is essential to keep it healthy, hydrated, and protected from the harsh effects of the sun, heat, and humidity. Here are some tips to help you maintain a glowing complexion all summer long.

  1. Sunscreen is Non-Negotiable: The most crucial step in summer skincare is applying a broad-spectrum sunscreen with at least SPF 30. Sunscreen protects your skin from harmful UV rays, preventing sunburn, premature aging, and the risk of skin cancer. Remember to reapply every 2 hours, especially after swimming or sweating.

  2. Hydration is Key: The heat can quickly lead to dehydration, so drink plenty of water throughout the day. Hydrated skin is plumper and more radiant, so aim for at least 8 glasses of water daily. Include hydrating foods in your diet like watermelon, cucumber, and oranges.
