All payments made towards DocPlix subscriptions and services are final and non-refundable. Once a payment has been made, no refund will be provided, whether or not the User has availed the services.

Users may choose to cancel their subscription at any time. However, such cancellation will not entitle the User to any refund of the amounts already paid.
