This policy applies to all subscriptions, plans, and services purchased from Docplix Solutions Private Limited ("Docplix") through this website or our applications.
Subscription fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable. We do not provide refunds or credits for partially used periods, downgrades, or for periods during which your account remained active but unused. We encourage you to evaluate Docplix using our free trial before purchasing.
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account or by writing to us. On cancellation, your plan will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle, after which it will not renew. Cancellation does not entitle you to a refund of fees already paid.
Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle unless cancelled before the renewal date. To avoid being charged for the next cycle, please cancel before the renewal date.
Notwithstanding the above, we will review and, where due, refund: (a) duplicate or erroneous payments; (b) amounts debited where the subscription was not activated; and (c) services that we committed to but did not deliver. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 25 business days, although your bank or card issuer may take additional time to reflect the credit. Nothing in this policy limits any rights available to you under applicable law.
